【レッスンの様子】カッテージチーズのパンケーキ　かぼちゃソース

今月のレッスンのデザートは、
カッテージチーズのパンケーキ　かぼちゃのソースをかけて。

パンケーキといっても、
小麦粉をほんの少ししか使っておらず、
カッテージチーズがほとんど。

口にした皆さんは、
食べ応えがあるのに、
はいっている小麦粉の量があまりにも少ないので、
とても驚いていらっしゃいました。

パンケーキには、季節柄、かぼちゃのソースをかけてみました。
ほんのり効かせたスパイスが、味のポイントに。
ちゃちゃっと作れる、ヘルシーデザートです。
